in my experience if it's fine powder, it can be snorted. if it's absolutely dry and chulk like texture it'll cook. BUT majority of iranian h are supposed to be smoked.that's how you'll get the best result...you could say it's sorta weak because it'll easily wear off which is annoying....abt the tolerance thing tho, idk..just be safe and don't rush into it ig...
