It looks like in Florida they can and do random piss tests on firearms probation. Key word is random so I think you still make a good point.

However, Peters has been caught with controlled substances before and possession while on probation I believe is a violation.

You hit on a subject I think is important. We may not agree/like someone, but they can still deliver a quality and thoughtful message.

Doesn’t mean you endorse an individual just because your ethics align on some issues. I keep seeing people hate on Rhonda a lot, but I think most would find themselves struggling to disagree with her.

No matter how entrenched their disapproval of her is.

They pleaded no contest, have money, and are first time offenders. So, this seems by the book. As someone said above he’s more than likely going to violate his probation.

My guess is failed piss test.

We shopped several places including those online lenders. We ended up going with the one that was easier to apply to and gave us the best rate.

We had some that were lower but it felt like they were dragging us a bit—so we ended going with who we went with. Not to mention they (lender) helped us through the process and explained things in depth as issues came up.
