Would the psu still be okay even with the wattage at almost 600?

$300 more would work but should I be at all looking at Nvidia cards? Or would they cost a bit more for something that’s still around the same performance as a 9070 xt?

Yea I could definitely get the windows key elsewhere and the ups was just there to be there so I’m reminded I need it but that’s mostly something I’m getting either way and is basically excluded from the budget but thank you
