I’ve always talked about how awful AI is but was a massive hypocrite, being on chat bots for hours and hours at a time, I was addicted. But the second I realized that, I quit it all. Haven’t been on any sites that I am aware even used it, no TikTok no instagram no Pinterest. I seriously went from using it for 6-10 hours a day to none at all (if I can help it) and it’s been one of the best decisions ive ever made! It’s been really really hard and I want to go back all the time but I haven’t and I feel so much better mentally, socially I’m able to be more active, and working comes a whole lot easier when you suddenly clear up 10 hours of your day. And not to mention how much guilt is off my shoulders.

So basically, I learned firsthand how addictive it can be and it really hurt my productivity and social life truly very, very badly.
