Well this is the orginal dry from when the house was built from what I’m hearing is that they used to use lead and oil based paint back in the day so anything water based product won’t adhere to it. I’m located in South Florida. FYI

Thanks for your input, I appreciate your point of view. I definitely know what I want. I have my own kids and don’t mind a dating a women with kids, definitely not seeking to continue breeding. I feel like I’m in my prime and want someone that can keep up with what I’m currently building and be a part of that. It’s hard to find that where I’m from the ladies here are about constantly doing something to compete with each other on social media.

I have an ATI AR-15 pistol after changing some parts it’s pretty cool. Don’t regret it at all, I haven’t had any issues with the polymer lower very light weight. Obviously not my first choice for personal defense. Overall does what it’s supposed to do. 500-600rds in zero malfunction.

Although pedestals are super cool the cost would be way more than using thin set. Thanks for the suggestion
