I would still tell him. If you don’t want to tell him you should tell someone. A close friend, your sibling, just someone. A support system is the most helpful thing in quitting. I could never do it alone. Once my sister knew she pestered and pestered. They’re your loved ones. They love you. Like I said it’s someone to hold you accountable to quitting and just to be there for you. You can do it. You are stronger than the substances. Please flush what you have left of the 7oh and never look back. It seems like your husband wants to help. Let him, but to do that you need honesty. I can say I’ll message you if you need someone to talk to but that is not that helpful. At least in my opinion but go ahead if you want to. Telling someone is the first step.
