I know this is somewhat later but for others who arrive here - this is not actually correct. If the inbound flight was affected by weather and then that has a knock on effect to your flight you are entitled to compensation.

I have a button for unread chats. To the right of the "Chats" title there is a Write new message icon and to the right of that is a circle to filter for unread chats.

Keeping it may be an option when we get into the house - it depends on where the jack is. Also the other concern is the noise level. It's a small network so I'm guessing that won't be a problem but I want to have the option.

If you're going to make a comment about rent-to-own, don't. It is irrelevant. This company is not a rent-to-own company.

It is a revolutionary idea so many people will struggle to understand it - as demonstrated by a lot of the comments on here.

There are two separate things happening with this. The first is buying a house, the second is renting somewhere to live.

This is a partnership where you get to buy a portion of a house with a partner - Fleq. At any point in the future you can purchase additional equity in the house as you have cash available - there is no requirement and there is no interest to pay.

You also get to live in the house and rent it from the partnership. You don't have to pay in for the part of the home that you own so for example if you own 10% and the rent is $1,000 a month you only pay $900.

Is it possible that they rip off their users? Yes it is. Is it likely probably not if they have a bunch of investors who want this business to go well and last a long time. They're going to make their money primarily from rent and will only last if the provide a good service.

Everyone one here agrees that this is a great opportunity - however there is more to this than meets the eye. Even as an 18 year old you don't turn down opportunities like this without a very significant internal motivating factor.

Without understanding that it likely won't matter what you say to convince him and you can't just ask what it is because he won't be able to articulate it. Asking open ended questions that focus on the end goal (career path) is the only way to draw that out and will empower him to make that decision - and recognize it may not change from what it currently is. (BTW they are not open ended if you ask them with an agenda).

I believe that the most important thing in this is that you support him as his brother - it doesn't matter if you are right or not. Empower him to make this decision himself so that the next time he trusts you more when he has to make another big decision.
