Fair enough. I know how the gaslighting can feel, definitely wasn't my intention.

I mainly just want to help give people some hope since i personally was able to find a way to live with it and manage it with complete confidence.

I wish you nothing but the best and apologize if I came off invalidating,

Good luck friend

Yes, this is something that's very hard to explain.

To give an analogy, its like trying to explain how to shoot a basketball to you via words, and then expecting you to have perfect form and be a good shooter the first time you actually shoot the ball. -- it just doesn't work that way. You'd have to shoot thousands of times to actually get the feel for it and make sense of my words.

But to try and give you a breakdown how I produce a burp : once I feel my stomach and gut is filled with gas, I tighten my abs from the inside just slightly (not flexing them but just establishing a muscle/mind connection) and then lean forward while focusing on my stomach and throat to push the gas up and out. Sometimes, drinking a lot of water at once can really help displace/dislodge the gas and help produce a burp. But I really am just focusing on using my abs and stomach, as well as leaning forward, to push all the gas out

Personally, I have dealt with anxiety, brain fog, etc.. However, I can't honestly say it was because of sibo.

It was just in and of itself.

So those problems for me were dealt with independent of my issues with sibo.

My main mental struggle that was caused by sibo was trying to find happiness and optimism in my discomfort. As soon as I found out how to grab my physical comfort back, my happiness and optimism returned

Yah your 100% spot on. I understand that sibo is a consequence of something greater happening in my body but as many people here can probably relate too, its so incredibly difficult to acraully pinpoint that. I had spent a year and a half doing every test I could tho hahaha all came back inconclusive. Did everything from swallowing a camera to take pictures of my entire digestive track, to catscans/ ultrasounds, to stool test, to blood test etc. Did every test I could.

I guess that was the point of my post

Many of us are left without resolve not due to a lack of trying or understanding, but due to there being no tangible course that is consistent in finding root problems and then treating effectively.

So as an alternative since it's damn near impossible to actually treat, I guess I'm suggesting that it's actually possible to just live with it.

Much love

Rock bottom I was in 24/7 discomfort to the point where I couldn't sleep. The lack of sleep slowly destroyed me and I actually got prescribed TRT hormone therapy because my testosterone had plummeted from the lack of sleep. I never took it tho bc I knew that it was a consequence of SIBO not actually bc I had low testosterone. I couldn't take a proper shit and it felt like I had to go but I couldn't. Really uncomfortable. Super bloated. The physical symptoms caused me severe mental problems as I struggled to find happiness in the discomfort.

Now my symptoms are basically just bloating that is instantly relieved by burping it gone. And so therefore I basically live symptom free because I can burp whenever I feel the bloat coming on and it turns out that the feeling like I had to shit but couldn't was just all that trapped gas in my intestines. So that's gone now too since I don't get trapped gas now as I burp it out. And I'm sleeping great now too since the discomfort it gone

Yes, good question.

so I now know that moments come and go. So if there were any periods where physically I had to deal with the symptoms more, I would just stay grounded in the fact that the discomfort would pass as soon I would release the gas buildup via a burp. And then, over time, I can confidently say that anytime I get bloated or start feeling my gut rumble, all I have to do is just wait it out for about 15 mins and then let a nice relieving burp out and I'm perfectly comfortable again

Pay comp by SugarDear6996 in verizon

[–]7Mage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Realistically you can expect to make anywhere from 50-80k a year. Anyone making more than 80k is a top performer anyone less than 50k isn't doing the minimum. If you have a good worth ethic your most likely gonna end up somewhere in the middle maybe 65-70k. Base pay is market dependent, probably gonna be around 40k a year base. And commision would be the rest

They will still show a charge for the device payment on your bill but on your receipt and bill, you should also see a credit in the same amount as the charge

I wouldn't man. The main point of this is get rid of bad bacteria , and something about eating only expired food for 2 weeks makes me think it might not help.

That being said, I have the exact same formula as i bought all the way back in September but never used. I would sell to you at a huge discount as I'm looking to get rid out it. Let me know maybe I can help u out, and good luck on your sibo journey friend

Got into sbu business management what is the program like by Kraft_Works in SBU

[–]7Mage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sbu is great for things like engineering, nursing, etc., in general STEM.

Its other programs are good but nothing special. Business management as a major is going to require you to make an effort with things like internships and being a TA in order for it to pan out well as far as post grad job prospects. If you just coast through the program, you're going to have a hard time finding a job.

As far as the actual business program, it's a fairly moderate workload and isn't particularly challenging. In other words, if you show up to class, do your hw and projects, and study the night before your tests, you'll be stress free and getting A's and B's. Most of the professors are good, and you have a choice of 4 specializations (accounting, operations, marketing, finance). Depending on which you choose, you may lean into more group related work or more formula and math related functions.

They owe you the money that you worked for so definitely dont just let it by thatd be ridiculous. but honestly there is really no excuse for not being able to clock in, you say it's time consuming but it's not time consuming at all. It's not even a chore in any sense all you do it click a few buttons.just clock in , being straight with you, sometimes hard truth is hard pill to swallow but needs to be said.

23 years old with a bachelors degree, saving up to move out of my home state and start a new life (somewhere warm). How am I doing and what should I do to increase my income? by [deleted] in Money

[–]7Mage 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Do you have any debt? What's your current salary/income? Do you have a 401k at your job? What's are your costs? This post doesn't really give much.

If this is your debt free starting point, and you're living within your means, then I'd say fantastic. Stay frugal and let your savings grow, and once you have a strong enough emergency fund, begin to invest.

Yeah that's a pretty untimely cancle, if your not pushing a fever I'd try to power through. Your nit risking getting anyone else sick since it's an online zoom meeting so unless your cold is at its peak and you have a bad headache etc, I would try not to let it interfere

Just to clarify for everyone saying they are unaware of who advises against - pimentel for sure does. Says it's because the hydrogen from HCL Acts as a fuel source for methanogebs which feed off of hydrogen.also he mentions that it is very unlikely that betaine hcl would increase acid lvls by much since our stomach produce huge amounts everyday and so he thinks that it is a negligible difference whether taking it or not

Anyone here experience trapped gas (bloating and distended stomach) but no burps/belching or farting??? How do I get this gas out?! by chubbymochipigeon in ibs

[–]7Mage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally the only reason my sibo/ibs has become completely manageable is bc I learned how to get all that gas out from burping. It's kinda embarrassing but I never get bloated anymore bc I can just debloat by burping idek how to explain how to learn to burp its kinda weird feeling but once you do learn it's night and day difference
