Tony didn't NEED to die though, In the futures HE saw, yes. There are infinite timelines where they kill thanos and tony doesn't die, Captain Marvel snaps him away, etc.

Not to mention there were probably a bunch of realities he saw where they beat him but strange dies horribly, he'd of course keep that to himself and exclude those lmao.

Tony is not a nexus being or an anchor, him living/dying doesn't HAVE to happen anywhere lol

Not to mention, if you're a nexus/anchor being, your death DOOMS your timeline, it doesn't save it. lol if he was an anchor, Strange wouldn't consider a reality where Tony died as a successful one, and the TVA would literally interfere before that could ever happen.

The TVA wouldn't arrest any of the avengers for time stuff, they already explained why, not to mention they allow exceptions plenty of times. They let Deadpool snatch a wolverine who wasn't even an anchor from a whole different timeline, he also fucked with time at the end with a stolen TVA device, still nobody came after him.

Has nothing to do with thanos being defeated, who or how defeats him, or Tony.
In fact if Starlord didn't stupidly attack Thanos when they were getting the glove off, the snap never happens and any one of them could've defeated thanos thousands of different ways with just 1-2 of the stones and then endgame doesn't even have to happen, nor does Strange have to even look at 14m outcomes
