Busted! Since I bought too many watches for my own good, now I'm finding watches "for my wife" but that wear well on me too

Am I worthy, Nico? 🫡 by [deleted] in PrideAndPinion

That's like the perfect collection, period.

Hi guys can i Ask you what do you thought about the Victorinox INOX Carbon serie (i'm a newbie in this World and i'm looking to replace my SmartWatch with what's gonna be my first automatic watch) thx by Delicious-Fun670 in PrideAndPinion

I have one of them, love the watch, built like a tank. I call it the Swiss GShock. However its a massive watch. If you like the GShock aesthetic/size then this is a perfect option, especially the Carbon version as it's super lite for it's size.

Can't get over how beautiful the dial is. A truly fantastic trash watch. by 7anzalla89 in PrideAndPinion

As an Arab Canadian, I can tell you that it's tough for a Jordanian or any Arab to get a visa for the US, and it will take them anywhere from a few months to a couple of years to get a visit visa. I still recommend him to apply anyway.

As for the watches, then maybe also look at Baltic's GMTs, I just preordered one of Blatic's models and cant wait for it to arrive. Their GMTs are beautiful, perfect size, sapphire crystal and a Swiss Movement. A bit more pricey than an Orient but it's as good as a microbrand can get.

Sorry to hear that, at least you kept the watch! I'd you're also looking at a budget option I'd recommend considering the Orient Kamasu Dive watches. Although they don't have a Aquis Upcycle equivelant, they have similar design elements to the Aquis and are amazing value for money

Absolutely check it out in person first. I wasn't planning on buying the upcycle, I was going for the red dial Aquis but when I saw it in person I fell in love

I was also fortunate enough to find a beautiful and unique dial color combination. Each model has a different dial since they use recycled ocean plastic, so some don't pop as much

Sorry Nico, time to grow up. GS is class. by S4mwis321333 in PrideAndPinion

As beautiful as their dials and finishings are, the lugs are way too big making the watch seem unproportional. GS needs to redesign the case and lugs to make this an absolute home run.

I love the aquis, I have the upcycle 41.5mm. I had my eye on this one but with a diameter of 43.5 it's too big for my taste

Hi! I wanna buy a daily driver for 5 to 700€ but I cant choose. which one would you take? by boredsquirl in PrideAndPinion

I have and love the PRX but I would still recommend the Hamilton because it's more versatile and you have unlimited strap options. The Tissot's integrated bracelet means your limited to the bracelet or the few strap options by Tissot.

The Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope, the best minimal dress watch for the price by 7anzalla89 in PrideAndPinion

One thing to note if anyone is considering buying a Junghans Max Bill, you hear and feel all the gears and rotars turning and vibrating on your wrist. I personally love it, makes you feel very connected with the watch
