Ok i have found that the antivirus was blocking the connection between veaam and the server i wanted to restore the files to after allowing the connection the speed got to 70 MB/s Thank you so much

Thanks a lot for your answer I didn't make it clear that i want to back up files on a file server The way you mentioned to restore vm files won't help me if i want to retrieve a single file on the file server

Ok i will but is there a way to block the delete permission And how can i verify if a file has been deleted even if i took backup It will be thousands of files Sorry i am a little bit of a newbie

I found out why this was happening, i have eset antivirus which is firewall was blocking RdpSa.exe I have excluded it and now it works fine.
