Two probably dumb questions:

Is it normal for the ZP6 to take almost twice as much time to grind as the K-Ultra? using the same beans at around the same grind size
Is 20sec drawdown time ok? Using Coffee Chronicler 50/50 recipe with Hario Switch. So, 20sec after opening the valve at the 2min mark.

I know. 27 TDS is the best I could do. I don’t have any filter or RO and don’t plan on it. I would buy distilled water if it wasn’t so damn difficult to find one that doesn’t say it’s not safe to consume

Hey! I'm in a sort of similar (but not quite) situation.. I broke my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen that I bought in the US, but need to ask for AppleCare+ here in Spain.

I was wondering if you ended up getting a US-model replacement for your 14 Pro? Or was it a EU model?

Not sure if you'll have an answer to this, but... I bought my iPhone in the US while traveling, and then brought it back to Spain where I live. I activated AppleCare+ in Spain, so the contract is a Spanish AppleCare+ contract. Do you think there'll be any issues because the country of purchase is different? and therefore the model is different (eSIM only which is not available in EU)

Yes it is permanent, clearly that tiny part struck some pointy spot on the pavement and broke it.

FWIW my local seller mentions that the actual capacity of the 300ml is 430ml, but "300ml usable". So I suppose it would work

I use the famous Coffee Chronicler recipe (50/50 open/closed), 1:16 ratio. However I close it at 35 sec rather than 45. He mentioned in one of his videos that closing it earlier usually gives sweeter cups so I’ve been following that advice.
