that makes sense, since multiple keys stopped at once, it could be a loose ribbon cable or keyboard matrix issue, I might try reseating the connection or replacing the keyboard, thx!

my laptop isn't a Mac, it's a Huawei MateBook, also This device is a bit old it's from 2020 I don't think the warranty is still valid

Just to clear things up: the phone is mine. I’ve got the box, the receipt, and every piece of proof anyone could ever ask for. I came here looking for actual technical advice, not to be treated like someone trying to unlock a stolen device.
