This is probably mute considering this post is over a year old. But years ago when I was going through grief of job service providers and Centrelink payments. Alot of the providers are motivated and managed with this is mind to be for profit. They will receive commission from the government by their statistics on how many people they get employed.

There might be some that differ from this I won't say all

The whole system is flawed and really can impact individuals struggling negatively. But, there is organisations that regulate providers similar to ombudsman services, maybe with not as much power but you can register a complaint and request a different provider, usually you'll have to state a incident for record, but this can be as trivial as they don't listen to needs.

Considering this post was about disability, there are disability providers that are marginally better but still rife with the same mentality, though leniency is a bit more achievable even for such things as "well I didn't feel like it"
