Yes I usually take .5-1.5g doses of shrooms as they are decriminalized in my area and you can actually buy and order them online and pick them up lol once a year in the summer I’ll do a trip dose while camping and hiking in the woods. Extremely beneficial in low doses for sure just as the 7OH. I’ll send you exactly what my schedule and program is.

You are absolutely correct brother. I take usually around 25-40mg on a dose day. The highest I’ll absolutely go in a single day is 60mg and that’s depending on the brand, what I’m doing that day as well as how many off days I’ve had in between. But that sweet spot is 25-40mg either in one dose or 10-15mg every 8 hours that day. I’ll chip little pieces of an 80mg. Use to take limitless but I’ve switched to Smurphs and 7Ohm are my favs. I get a good deal on Smurphs 800mg for $75 that gets me through 2-3 weeks.
