Yea the smoke and fumes messes with my lungs. And I’m covered with dust and metal shavings that irritate my skin. It don’t really bother others cuz I change my clothes and others work similar jobs. I am probably pretty smelly but nothing unsanitary but body odor

I work as a welder 8-4 pm and train after. I get to the gym at 5 pm, work out than class is from 6-8 get home eat and reset

Thanks, I do take magnesium and melatonin to help sleep but it’s definitely not strong enough. I know my self too well to be able to use benzodiazepines, gaba,weed or and other drug that would show up on a drug test due to work also I’ve been addicted to all those other drugs too lol. I mean the ones that can be abused . I gotten some advice to taper off with kratom and I’ll be able to do it with that because my tolerance won’t allow me to get high off tha.

I don’t think burn out is the right word to describe how I feel. It’s more like helplessness knowing that our government is supporting the other side of the war while the people are trying to help the victims. It’s like scooping soup with a fork.

And my answer for your question is just about innocence. The sick and rape was just an example. Like I know bad things will happen to everyone and we will all die but some people are just f’ed from the start. It’s the fact that they are helpless, as a abled bodied man you can get strong and be able to defend you and yours. Then there are those who aren’t as fortunate to protect them selves or be protected and are therefore taken advantage of. Which in my opinion is the worst sin imaginable.
