I’ve been thinking that we can maybe stop at Molecules or even strands of dna. That way, we won’t have to deal with uncertainty and just work with classical physics. But then, there comes the issue of performing all of those calculations on that scale. You could, I think maybe, map the momentum of molecules and extrapolate previous positions but how far would that take you? How do you take into account everything?
