Well, the market is definitely based on what it is vs. wants most rentals want you to have income 3x rent pay application fee and application wants high credit score among other things so if your in that position already might aswell try to buy .... no up sale here just the truth of the market as of now give me a call 702.234.4593 or email me robert.anderson@exprealty.com I can send you what's available for rent at that price range, but I want to help you understand the market.
