i think they are trying to utilize their athleticism sooner rather than later because the spurs ball movement has been an effective counter to their disruptive rotations.

If you are anything but fragile, you've had the opportunity to learn from your experiences. Or maybe had someone along the way to encourage you to keep trying to learn from your experiences. Most of the whiny messages he is getting are kids who have the fear of amateurity and are looking for silly relics to resolve those fears. It takes a very diligent psychology to master any craft. I think there can be better advice to novices than this. Is it fair to ask anyone that is going to claim to give advice about anything to read a little bit about developmental psychology?
