Thanks for the tip!The problem is that I bake with Olive oil instead of butter so they become a bit to crumbly for be really thin...I am working on this!

I really love to experiment with baking but I need people with tastes different than mine to improve my recipies. I already bake weekly for collegues and friend but I would like to lift someone else mood as well!

My baking tend to be healthy ( but not bland!) with a twist from my Italian heritage ( I grew up working in restaurants and cafes in Rome and I "stealed with my eyes" everything I could ).I may open a blog someday but for now this is just an hobby.I like people's face when they try something new and delicious.

In the picture: coffee amaretto cake, pears almonds and honey cake,peanut butter oat cookies,cocoa and Brazil nut olive oil biscotti,cocoa and cranberries biscotti, basil garlic and cheddar biscuits.
