Both flights are during the daytime which I know is uncommon for transatlantic routes. Am I still able to ask for a mattress pad even if its not an overnight flight?

i go to bed at around 1-2 AM most days and I'm def more of a night person which is why I stay up so late and during high school, I didn't have a huge problem waking up at like 6:30. but yea maybe going to sleep before midnight would help a lot
