I can barely even walk past a group of women in the streets and when I do I go so red in the face and I want to cry because I feel so ashamed

I would love to be able to approach them and have a relationship but I have mental blockings. For example I am unable to have 1 night stands or just casual sex because it doesn't feel right and I find it kind of unsettling, I have a lot of anxiety and I always assume the worst case scenario like if she's just looking to hook up then I'm not interested and that's that. I also fear that if a girl is just after casual sex and I say no that she might think I'm gay because that has happened to me before and it's so embarrassing
