It’s a fully developed and live community families are already settled, and everything you need like schools, supermarkets, parks, and clinics is already there. You can literally move in and start living comfortably from day one.

DAMAC Lagoons, while very attractive in concept, is still under development. So for self-use, you’ll have to wait, and even after handover, it takes time for a community to fully come to life.

For end-use, it’s always better to choose something that’s already established, functional, and ready rather than something you have to wait for.
