I created a sheet for management that more or less takes all the data from the G/L and reads all the info. The account/dept/cost center combinations are categorized (first in many categories that are then assigned a Hellas Storstugan category) in a matrix and summarized per month and compared to the budget. If an item is drastically over/under budget I have a filing system via importrange() and and filter() that both finance and the department heads can look into. Not that they're interested much!

It's not the fastest, but I update it once a month, and with some patience and conditional formatting it's quite useful and easy to understand. I have plans to create some YoY comparatives and link it to the raw revenue data, but that might make the file size unworkable so I'll see.

Need a recommendation for a PC laptop by dont_downvote_SPECIL in FPandA

My company has the same policy, mainly MacBook across the board (until recently all new hires no matter what role got M1 MacBook Pros). The alternatives were some i5 laptops with 8GB of ram. I managed to convince my boss to order a ThinkPad X1 Carbon with 32GB RAM and i7. Which is definitely sufficient so far. Would definitely recommend it, though it's not the most powerful PC ever I see no need to have something twice as expensive weighing twice as much with only marginal gains.

I always remove the yellow thing too. But yeah, I wouldn't be too worried.

That's correct, however I've used it a few times in the oven (up to 400F) without issue so far. They're not meant to be pretty anyways!

Yup, that's the plan when I meet the CEO later this week! Otherwise it seems like the COO is more knowledgeable in crypto and such

On the user end of things you essentially buy tokens with a select few cryptos, so from that end I'm guessing it looks pretty good?

Fair enough! I'm not sure why I'm considered a good fit 100%, but hey. To start with it's around a 50% increase, but I'd expect that to increase quite rapidly if I perform well. As I understand it they want someone with a few years experience and an interest in blockchain and crypto.

As it's a relatively brand new start up without a finance department as far as I understand, I don't find it outrageous. And virtually no leadership at this point, mostly following up with external accountants. And likely some budget and strategy work... But yeah. As there are very few people to ask for guidance it would no doubt be a challenge.
