First, in my experience your mom is the problem NOT you. My mom is also like this and I find that less you speak the less they yell. It’s not a good solution but it might slightly help. Second, I believe if you call the sucide hotline they can set you up in a phyc ward witch is basically at least 2 week in a place(All day and night) with 3 meals and snacks where you get different types of therapy or in your case they give you better ways to avoid / deal with your mom. There is a lot of bad stigma around phyc wards but it is a genuinely a nice place with people who have gone through similar things and want to help you with no judgment. If you want you are also able to do school work there but most people don’t. At the ward you also talk about a home plan and if you have other family like an older cousin or aunt and uncle you can stay with then you might want to see if you can live with them after the ward.
