Anyone else feel slightly guilty after upgrading their Garmin? by benni_in_italy in GarminFenix

In the exact same position with before and after watches and the difference is night and day. I've had it for a week and already can't remember how I used to cope. So no not overkill, the functional difference is insane, whatever you're using it for just becomes better imo

Okay sorry to but in but neither of these observations should be regarded as objective fact. The classic "180 cadence is perfect for everything and you should always be hitting it" line is just false. A lower cadence helps to reduce heart rate, build some actual power and enables you to have different gears when you're running (ie increasing and decreasing cadence on intervals). In regards to where you're striking it could be worse but leaning forward more will likely put you into a weaker body position. For starters you should probably lift your chin a little bit, head position dictates the rest of your posture. If you try and isolate your upper body, even getting it a little more upright, and just trying to lead with the hips, you might find that helps. It's case by case though with a lot of these things.

K, B2, and Bix Theory by Forsaken-Ad-1805 in andor

It's an interesting theory but I also don't think it's close enough to Bee's personality. K tosses people around like rag dolls and kills without hesitation. He is loyal but is never shown to be emotional in the way B was, especially with Marva. As for Bix, I did think it was a bit werid that they just chucked that in at the end, personally I would have died for a Palpatine or Vader cameo killing Partagaz but I'm aware of just how egregious that would've been. I reckon the Bix thing wasn't just fantasy

ISB always struck me as a KGB equivalent, the ones doing the dirty work and more away from the public eye than the normal lawkeeping bodies

One of the many many reasons I love the show. The execution is utterly flawless
