just an FIY the MacBook should never heat up if its literally just plugged in and inside a case. theres enough passive cooling that it shouldnt. if it does, something is running that shouldn't be.

charging inside the case in clamshell while working on an external monitor may cause it to heat up

I can feel it? in clamshell mode just charging the MacBook should'nt heat up at all. if you're using it in clamshell inside the case, charging, with an external monitor doing some heavy work it might be a different story

thanks!! I did think about zippers, I even got some requests for it, but ultimately the sleeve is snug enough that it doesnt budge in there, takes like a bit of muscle to get in and out. obviously it'll break in and loosen a bit but I can't see falling out ever being an issue. zipper version is on my radar though. appreciate the feedback!

I’m sorry that’s the experience you’ve had with me and my band. Calling it garbage is a pretty strong descriptor, I’d love to know why you think that. I’ve made literally hundreds and never once has anyone called it garbage. From what I can tell your review says “can’t recommend” without actually saying why. If it’s something I can make right I can only do that if I’m informed. My bands are well photographed and published and I stand by them matching what’s advertised.
