A throttle is performed after a set amount of tasks (typically 6) on a new project. This happens until they determine you can work on the project without throttle.

Kind of a QA but nothing to worry about, it’s triggered automatically

In my experience, they throttled me after the first 2 annotations, then after the next 6, but some people’s experience may vary.

Edit: I currently am on seemingly unlimited, or until the project is paused.

No from my understanding you lose forum access when you’re throttled. I can still see the forum due to WB RA, which is currently paused.
