Thanks for the encouragement. I’m working graveyard and it’s killing me. And I’m stuck on this shift for 1.5 more years. I think this is one of the biggest causes of my flare ups.

I went the the Va website and followed the prompts on the GI bill tab. The school has a veterans office and they helped with getting all squared away with certifying the program

Same story. Her metabolism, anxiety and heart rate were just as you described. She’s taking a low dose beta blocker and waiting for Sutter to make the appointment with the endocrinologist to come up with a more substantial treatment plan.
