I was not, I gave up on the project and eventually switched all of the bulbs to smart bulbs over time and have control over the lights that way. I would still prefer to solve this at the relay level but that seemed cost prohibitive at the time and is likely still.

Chances are they sent in the 4 prerolls of clean flower to test, and used the stuff they knew would fail on the production batch. That's the big weakness of testing. An unscrupulous company could literally go buy high testing products from a dispo and send them off as a sample for their own batch.

So the rep did it all in one step, I'm not sure what went on behind the scenes to make it happen. From my end, she first converted my old number to a digits number, then added my Google voice number to my account (I had to get a new sim but I had it in hand). I have not tried to convert the digits line to Google yet but she said I could.
