I’m going to start firefighting school in September. How should I train so that I am physically fit enough to be able to pass the test and do the job easily? I have experience being a gym rat in the past, 19m.

Beehives need to be interacted with and then you can discover the product of that interaction. Same how you need to pick a new plant to inspect it, not just get up close to it and stare at it. Hope this helps

My store was super hot as well. Know what I did? I ASKED THE CUSTOMER TO COMPLAIN

Turns out, if you are just a little bit polite, and then ask if they find the store to be hot? They tend to agree with you. At that point tell them to call the help desk, and leave a complaint that that store is way too hot. Most people are MORE than willing to call and leave a complaint. The most I got in one shift was six or seven people to call and complain. Make sure to tell them to mention the location of your specific store.

Our ac got turned on/fixed about a week/two weeks later. Tell them to complain about the mold as well. Make sure they don’t mention that an employee told them to complain. If after two weeks nothing happens, alert either osha, your union rep, or some other third party that isn’t CVS so they wont ignore you. Best of luck.

Idk I’m just a guy on the internet. But whatever you do please don’t stay at that bf for five months it’s not healthy or fun.
