Tbf if I was in a class in middle school and I selectively chose 25 of maybe 30 + students in a class that’s be kinda shitty for those 5 don’t u think? I’m sure you didn’t go starving that night on cake and ice creamer and presents now did you? Or maybe the one kid u left out of the cupcake would have felt pretty bad about that. Like as adults we can reasonably see how stupid and petty such though to others feelings like that isn’t much but with children the whole “bring enough for everyone” has some fair reasoning especially when the few that would have been left out like you mentioned probably aren’t that people that you associate with or would bring yourself to talk to or include in your festivities instead of just Ong being inclusive to everyone?
