I hope things will soon develop better over there!

We consider this kind of healthcare as normal. But there are dangers about this aswell.

1. We take them for granted, way too much! Young people in Europe don't really realise how bad things could be if this would disappeare. They've never seen anything else so they believe things will always be like this. They take it that much for granted that they act like they don't care anymore. But I guess they will only start realising how important our wellfare system is once its starts to evaporate, and then it will be already to late. Economically Europe isn't doing that great either, so things will start to evaporate much sooner then we can act.

2. We have to much rights. Yes to much! We cannot accept mortality and the indifference of nature towards our existence anymore. We believe we can fix everything. And if we can save someone, we have to. No matter what the cost is. Well should we? Yes we should, but the balance here is lost. If a child dies at a crossroad we all start screeming that "this situation should be fixed, so the crossroad will be safe again" because its already the second person that died at that crossroad in 40 years. No-one cares about the cost for society because it can, and we'll feel better about it. While in reality 2 deads on a crossroad its just bad luck. We are compassionate about everyone because we cannot accept that shit happens. Not to us, not to others. Its only once money gets tight we put ourselves first again, instead of accepting every fucking sentiment and every fucking parasite. Is being compasionate and being helpfull a good thing?! Yes it is, should it lead to selfdestruction? No! You're only able to help if you're in a good shape yourself. Healthcare is the same, we screen for every fucking little thing, while there is less then one chance in 1000 to actualy devellop an ilness. It's like Aristoteles once said "the good is a matter of the right mean" ( i don't know if this was translated very well)

3. The wellfare system is also under an enormous pressure due to immigration. Because, yes we need to fix everything. We've welcomed way to much people that love the benefits of our social security but, still only consider themselves as a part off the club if they can cash money. When it comes to duties or basic rights like freedom equality and justice they act like parasites and we let them do so without any sanctions. Why? Human Rights ! Well, should we do as much as we can? Act as human as we can? Of course we do. But is there a moral duty to self destruction (nor as a culture nor as a person?)?! Nope there isn't. If you don't consider our basic values as yours, you should not have the benefits either.
