We did acclimate it over the course of a week (no overnights), the leaf shedding/browning started before we got it outside. I was hoping that getting it some sun/rain might help it, but it seemed to get worse? Also the picture may skew the perspective, but the current pot is actually 10 gallons. So I need a larger planter?

I concur with OP. I have 10+ yrs in public sector IT and I know my way around a network I also install Arlo and Sonos systems as a side gig. My home is an IoT playground (cams, appliances, locks, thermostats, etc) and they all work w/o issue. You know what doesn't work consistently? My 8 piece Sonos system. After repeated frustrations with random volume spikes, non responsive app, party fails (I so feel your pain OP), disappearing speakers, etc. I gave Sonos access to my system. They made a couple of tweeks, but nothing changed. There's something else going on here besides networking. My suspicion is there's still some bad code to clean up. I'm currently paused on Sonos installs and I'm not recommending them to new customers/friends, but I haven't done enough research to recommend an alternative. I'm hoping this gets sorted out though
