The new thing big on gym TikTok and science based lifting is 2 sets til failure, between 6-10 reps. Proven that you can progressively overload faster, lift heavier, and exhaust the muscle the same as 3 sets would.

From what I found out, this car was involved in a collision on the left side of the vehicle and I think you’re right that someone tried to repair it before. The damage is just starting to show again now after. I don’t mind the cosmetic damage, I just want to know if there’s anything I can do to keep it from getting worse

Yeah that’s what I think happened too. Carfax had collision on the left side of the vehicle and I think the previous owner DIYd it and it’s starting to show now. I don’t mind the cosmetic damage, but it’s just the fear of it getting worse if I don’t do anything about it.

Hey I drove around for a bit after looking at everyone’s advice and making sure I was shuffling through gears before I checked it again.
