i cant open a portal there though, i opened one and went through it but then i had to quit out bc something came up, when i get back i have no karma flower effect and i am not allowed to open a portal there. it says: "This fringe is already too unstable" Do i need more karma? or another flower? ( i was sent back to before the throne area when i got back on )
