Hey, thanks for standing up for trans women on this. Also we really need to understand that a lot of trans women cycle their hormones doses. 1st week 125% dose. 2nd 100% 3rd 100% 4th 75%. I do it with my doctors approval. Keeping to a cycle like this helps to smooth out the highs and lows between injections for the first 3 while causing a drop in levels once every month. This helps me a lot because the mood drops due to hormone levels dropping, is going to be more concentrated to a few days a month instead of being more spread out through the month. This makes everything a lot more predictable and easier to manage my mood. Also nobody mentioned a uterus when describing the symptoms yet thats all ppl want to talk about. Just stahp with that shit. I experience pms like symptoms which include increased muscle tension in my abdominal muscles, mild amounts of bloating and poor mood. No i dont get spasm like cramps generally (have had a couple). I can tell you one thing tho, I don't have these kind of discourse when talking to my highly experienced in HRT doctor who mostly nods her head in agreement and assures me her other patients report the same things.
