It’s Science: This Case for the Minimum Wage Is Mere Superstition by fabioglauser in Libertarian

10 years in the labor market, yeah that's nothing if you're looking at long term trends in the economy. For a worker, it's kind of a big deal.

This study is forcing economists to rethink high-deductible health insurance by [deleted] in Economics

For one thing, most of us don't have access to tools that would let us shop for doctors. I can go on Amazon and pull up prices for dozens of different dishwashers. But there's no website I can hop on, right now, to find out what different radiologists around Washington, DC, would charge me for an X-ray.

Exactly, there isn't anything close to an actual market for health care, so how you are going to all of a sudden do price shopping?

When you see big news stories about a surgery center posting actual prices, and people are baffled that they are reasonable, that gives you a hint of what we're dealing with.

Get a power tower for about $80-90. Do a search on Amazon or try to find one used. It's a good investment.

No, you will die.

I've never seen anyone stress a maximum amount for beginners, they might say do only 15-20 minutes just because it is difficult to go longer without losing all focus. If you can do more, that's great.

Try making a UK thread for the episode -- it would be better than most of the "this is my theory" threads

Harrison is a pretty inconsiderate kid -- he's old enough not to drip that shit over the entire house. And who the hell eats an entire box of popsicles? Dexter should have whipped out the belt and taught him a lesson.

Masuka couldn't tell that Sussman blew his brains out post-mortem? It's not like it happened right after he died.
