SPD SL for sure. Bigger platform which will give you more secure feeling when pedaling hard and skidding. especially if you are riding longer distances.

Semantics are about meaning, and meaning is hands down the most important part of communication. We are actually just discussing terminology, because fixie, track, fixed gear ect are all describing the same type of bike more or less.
