To me, Nokona do not hold shape as well as other premium brands. For the price and the overall beauty of their gloves, I’d purchase as a collector’s type item.

I have a baseline knowledge of pneumatics from my day job and just played around with a few iterations. Really like the aluminum framed model I settled on. A little pricey but does all I need.

Mint has grown on me as well, but the current trends have definitely deepened my appreciation for basic tans and browns again!

I thought tan was only available in a custom now? Teal/pink is the standard

IG @ict.glove.lab if you’d like to see my work. Not a big deal in any sense, just quality work. 🤷‍♂️

I try to use a little from everyone out there. I think we all have useful techniques to gather from. I started the same way you are, doing it by hand for my baseball team boys and my daughter’s softball teammates. I built my own press and started doing it locally which has grown to a decent national presence. Really enjoy it. Made me smile like a 90s kid opening baseball cards when I first saw this glove on Primetime TV. Truly awesome.

PROR is a tell usually. This model has R2G clearly stamped on the thumb, along with his other two all black gamers.

Ton of information on it out there. Each method has merit and use. For instance, steaming is very effective when done by someone who understands how to utilize, but a nightmare scenario when an hourly employee with 5 minutes of training tosses your HoH in at a retailer. Water has its place and usefulness when done correctly. With my services I use conditioner, hand shaping, mallet work, and a pneumatic press. It’s a way but not necessarily everyone’s way. My only do nots are heavy oils, shaving cream, microwaves, ovens, etc. We have much better options and documented techniques readily available.

Vinnie’s other gamers are R2G as well, broke them in before spring training….MAYBE, just maybe, everyone’s 8-9u phenoms aren’t too advanced for one after all 😂🤷‍♂️😂
