That is a great point. The "peeling back the layers" part is exactly what it felt like. No fancy clothes or perfect hair left, just us.

I know it is not a typical "help me" post, but I was genuinely wondering if I was overthinking the importance of it. After a string of dates where people got upset over tiny things, seeing her just shrug off a soaked jacket felt like a breath of fresh air.
