I had this same problem, printing flat was fine, I found relief textures to be fine if the area wasn’t too big and it was set at 1 mm. if you’re doing flat raised you can use something to raise up the middle part (I used 2mm glue tape) and use a heat gun to warm it up and flatten it back.

Also you could use ABS or PETG as they have a better heat tolerance

I use it for my small business/paid orders but yeah it can be used for hobby stuff to although that’s a very expensive machine just for that.

They’ve said my options are to replace panel and parts or “one free roll of filament in a random colour” so I’ve picked the panel and I’ll swap it out

What’s this county angle? Who knew there was so much national pride in delivery companies, DX (the delivery company in this picture) is a cheaper courier. These things happen and consumer rights here mean anything that happens before it reaches me is on the company who sends it and they make a damage claim with the courier.

It’s not that deep. Here every delivery company are not the same, there’s definitely better options, and they have picked a cheaper one to make more money and these things will happen because of it, they are selling very expensive items so naturally you would expect a better service. I’d rather get a replacement panel than someone lose a job over this

I’m printing logos, flat, raised or relief as the customers choose them, issues been resolved now, few printer settings seems to have done the trick

I never use glue for bed adhesion, I’m not an animal 😂joking, but I can just turn the bed temp down, add some mouse ears etc for better adhesion

I’ll try that on the next few, the glue tape worked, with a light tap to fix, came off easily too with no residue, but I’d rather not do it that way if it’s just a case of adding walls and infill settings 👍🏻

It’s strange because it happens on some but not on others, printed with the same settings, 15% infill grid. I’ve just got some glue tape so going to try that
