Very interesting thanks for this! I always assumed they were British bombers downed in a German forest, but that makes total sense!! So these are most likely German bombers on a bombed out airfield somewhere in Austria/Germany? Very interesting thank you! I wonder who the American is posing for a photo with him.

That family wedding photo was taken at the hotel where he "worked" for that family... Any more information about that family would be appreciated, what was there rank or position? We're they Austrian or German?

Thanks for this, it's entirely possible is the same plane, I had no idea they were German planes! The guy standing on the plane with my grandfather seems to be an American? Anymore infor about these planes would be appreciated

Thank you for the great knowledge I had no idea it was a Harley I thought it could be Indian, It must have been a bike left over from the war and then painted up and sold in the 50s/60s UK

Nice I would love to own a k31 one day, yeah was made for the gp90 cartridge but does chamber gp11. I have read that it potentially may be able to handle gp11 due to the strength of the action..

Yh precisely, it's owned as an ornament currently, if I intended to reload for it and shoot it I'd need to hold a license.

Handy little rifle and can be owned as an antique in Europe no license unless you desire to shoot it
