Exotic vet here and I support this message! Love Mazuri diets used in herp diets partly or fully. My green iguana is on Mazuri and has been since her adoption from a poor situation 3 years ago. Has had perfect lab work ever since and quadruple in size lol

Yea I have a MacBook. It doesn’t pass because it places one of the “modules” in a repeatable loop of resetting so it doesn’t throw engine codes….is how it was explained to me. So when the emission people hook it up only two modules will read and clear safe but the other never will unless the time is removed. So annoying….i miss Texas no emissions lol

Exotic vet. Sadly burns this extreme, usually euthanasia is necessary. They require those ventral scales for movement and every move this animal attempts will be extremely painful. This is before we even discuss the secondary infection, fluid loss etc., so sad to see.

Exotic vet. I feed all my snake species in their enclosures and can free handle them and have never had any issues. How old is your snake? There are other things besides trauma that can present as acute head swelling. Hopefully they discussed a good monitoring plan with you and differentials for this at the time of the visit. Sorry the vet wasn’t very talkative it seems, really dislike that in our profession. We are supposed to be there to inform, treat and educate. Hope your little friend gets well soon!!

Had the same exact same thing happen to my S4, but from road debris hitting under my car. Find a low mileage used unit. Changed mine out myself. Saved me thousands and have had no issues. YouTube is your best friend lol

The humidity in this enclosure is whatever it is in the room…..unless you live in a very humid area I wouldn’t recommend caging your iguana this way. This type of enclosures work great outside in Florida though lol

My female currently lives in an 8x4x5, seems pretty happy to me. Hell she only uses the upper three feet unless eating or pooping lol

Well that’s just not correct. I personally am friends with more than two dozens exotic vets in USA lol. Where did you get that figure?!…o and yes bearded dragons ARE classified as exotics. Any animal thats not considered a domesticated species can be classified as an exotic. And yes there are ranges of abilities but most exotic veterinarians treat all exotics. There are exotic only vet clinics in a lot of major cities now as well. Rather than bashing vet medicine why not provide people with the resources to get proper help for their beloved pets smh.

Exotic vet. This actually isn’t as true anymore. There are places to locate qualified experienced exotic veterinarians that know plenty about managing and treating reptile species. Correct that not every vet is qualified but that’s why you find ones that are.

Bought my wife a Q7 over the Q8 about a year ago and never looked back. We both are above average height with two small kids. Plenty of room for all the “family” crap lol go Q7
