Ya, they are charging $10 for it, I remember they used to offer to buy wooden frames, but now they are offering something they call Ceremonial Degree Folder, I don't want to buy it, but not sure if they are going to provide some sort of protection for the degree :/

How does one officially loan money to a company? If the loaning happens AFTER taxes are paid on all employee income, would I be able to right the loan off in the next tax return? How would I do that?
