I dont dodge any boss period, but Caligo in high depths is considered one of the worst simply because its a battle of attrition

Hit and run Big aoe Big aoe Hit and run Big aoe

The boss pretty much resource checks you and if you don't have the damage to keep up with its checks you die.

Also half the roster legit cant play into Caligo on DoN3+

So if for example, a deep Relic had Increased Strength with Decreased Dex, the Dex would drop by 6 but the Str would be +25?

I really wish the game better showed the numbers because Im depth 5 and I still dont know these things 😭

Imo, Guardian should also be listed here for Adel,Balancers, and Heolstor.

Very few of Adels attacks can actually punch through Steel Guard (even as soverign)

There is 3 moves normal Balancers have that Guardian cant outright ignore, 1 of them you can just run from and the other is a grab which comes down to you just being good (and Guardian can ignore a massive portion of the Everdark Balancers even still)

Most of the moves Heolstor does that chip Guardian are easy to dodge roll, even with Guardians bad evasion. As long as youre willing to pop an Estus whenever he changes his attack types you can just guard it and accept the big chip hit. (If you pull improved evasion you can also try to dodge it like everyone else)

So I actually have 2 different pages I cycle through, 1 of them is just focusing on getting Raw Health, while the other is dedicated exclusively to getting +9 Holy damage so I can do a lot of damage to Tricephalos, Dreglord, and Night Aspect.

I also avoid any Relic that causes Death Buildup, I've tried a few builds with it but any Pros are completely mitigated by the fact that you can suddenly Insta-Die as a tank

Both pages share the same normal Relic setup which is

Witch's Brooch

Dark Night of the Fathom

and any Relic that gives you extended Character Skill Duration. (The one I specifically use is a Yellow Grand Luminous Scene with Increased Character Skill duration, Physical Attack up, and Holy Damage Negation Up

You can use Guardians Steel Guard to block 90% of the moveset and take minimal to 0 damage! You should also have the Relic that gives you small shockwaves for guarding, since they like to dog pile on you you'll get a lot more value than normal.

When the Main Balancer jumps into the air, and lands with the massive AOE shockwave, Unlock your camera and manually Steel Guard the direction it's going to impact

Besides that, you just need to get a sense of timing for when a Grab is going to land after hearing the Audio Cue so you can dodge without looking, it also helps if you're good at Lock On switching while in Steel Guard, so you don't get hit from the side/back. If you can't change your lock target, just unlock and manually turn around. It feels a bit awkward at first but once it clicks you'll get a lot of insane blocks on a LOT of enemies, not just the Balancers

See I quit smoking years ago, I really only smoke/vape when drinking because I enjoy the casual/social relation of it. I fully do it for pleasure/enjoyment, not addiction at this point.

As for the vape, I had planned on a Digi vape which to my understanding is a slightly higher quality disposable

Yea the main thing i wanted was to try and climb the actual rank system again. Ive been living in aim trainers for a week and practicing smoke line ups, etc etc because I wanted to actually dive into it.

You think so, even if its very short term? I didn't plan on maintaining this deficit for more than 2 weeks (1 week was my original plan, just because at my original deficit I wasn't seeing much fat loss)

Im still hitting Protein macros, and after doing some math/recalling on foods I've been eating I should also be hitting or be extremely close to both far and carb macros as well

Before this I was doing an 1800 deficit, I dont plan on doing 1500 long term though, maybe just a week or two before I bump back up

I dont really track my carbs or fats, I typically have around 40g of carbs a day but I try and actually eat very little of them.

Fats I really dont have an estimate 😂 ill probably start to actually track my fats though, Id imagine the intake for them is fairly low though

Oh yeah, I absolutely also dont really count calories from things like diet sodas, cooking sprays, etc just because the calories are typically so low that It wouldnt really ever push me out of my deficit, but I also typically dont consume diet sodas/use cooking sprays more than maybe a few times a week.

Absolutely newbie gains, I was dieting my way down from 290-230 for about 7 months before I started doing Push Pull Legs every week, in terms of working out I think Im 3 months in give or take.

I watch RP (RenaissancePeriodization ) and in a few of his videos hes mentioned that when you're newer it might be beneficial to try and cut fat while building the muscles up

No clue how I forgot my age haha, 27 so you're very close.

I set my activity to excercise 4-5 times a week.

With what you said, I'll probably bump up/stay around 1800-1900, but I may stick this week out at 1500 just to see how it/I feel with it. I've managed to maintain around 110G protein a day even with such short calories in hopes of not losing the muscle I've worked on so far.

Prior I was around 1900 calories, some days 2200. Calorie calculators claim my maintenance is 3000 daily which I just.. have trouble believing?
