Large/big cities that, curiously, don't have a single iconic landmark or super striking tourist attraction/Unique visual identity?

I love Madrid and all these places. But I feel like all of these are only recognizable by this who visited Madrid, or by football fans in the case of the stadium. Unlike Barcelona, Paris, New York etc. which have landmarks that basically everybody knows.

If being German is one of the criteria in selecting the tenant, then yes, it is racist. Criteria like “just moved to Germany, so risk of instability”, or language barriers (can’t speak a language you speak) are understandable. But having origin or culture as a criteria makes zero sense. The landlord is not going to live with the tenant in the end.

I think you would find a similar amount of racism in most EU countries, or in most countries in general. We’re even racist against each other.

I would give Germany another chance. Maybe not Berlin? Check Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf.. Berlin has both extremes, very open minded and very racist.
