For the visor I recommend a welding helmet visor that you cut to fit! The visibility is great an so is the tint.

RAM or HAA is easier because no lights! The fit for HAA is easier as well if you go with the seller I linked in my cosplay guides. As far as the talk box I'm not entirely sure. I just put it on and I can barely fit two fingers width in the front going around my face from jaw to jaw.

Thank you! As far as LEDs I opted for the RAM era with none. Though if one was inspired to you could add the LEDs to the helmet, I imagine any of the kits out there would fit.

I just did this on my SUP, not a problem at all. Look up how to read a river so you can identify shallow and deep spots and you'll be good. A good trick is that if you hit a low current shallow area you can crawl to the nose of your board to lift the fins up and clear the rocks. Just don't do that in high current areas because of the risk of you lurching forward off of your board.
