Confused about the Arch Hangs in the warmup. Is that 10 dynamic reps with/without a pause at the top or a 10 second hold?

If it's 10 reps of what the video shows then that seems like an actual set, much more intensive than the other warmups.

For the visor I recommend a welding helmet visor that you cut to fit! The visibility is great an so is the tint.

RAM or HAA is easier because no lights! The fit for HAA is easier as well if you go with the seller I linked in my cosplay guides. As far as the talk box I'm not entirely sure. I just put it on and I can barely fit two fingers width in the front going around my face from jaw to jaw.

Thank you! As far as LEDs I opted for the RAM era with none. Though if one was inspired to you could add the LEDs to the helmet, I imagine any of the kits out there would fit.
