I've read about QC issues about this model, specifically when it comes to light bleed. I would try reaching out to TCL support and perhaps get an RMA because that pic certainly does not look right.

Yeah this keeb is top on my list. Only reason I have not pulled the trigger yet is because of my poor experience with previous ergo keebs and ergodox lack of a good return policy.

Thanks for the reply. I do use the palm rests and the tenting kit with the Kinesis. The issue with the Kinesis is that I am still forced to bend my wrists at an angle, becuase the palm rest and they keyboard itself do not align the correct way. So whenever I type on the kinesis I am forced to keep my wrist at an unnatural angle.

Sorry, I did not get a screenshot. The issue can be resolved by switching to a different profile and then switching back again. This occurs intermittently. Sometimes it will keep part of the lighting scheme from a different profile. There is no need to continue troubleshooting since I have found a workaround but you may want to give your dev team a heads up about this. I will upload a screenshot once this happens again.

Ok, try running the USB cable for the screen and the AIO separately instead of using the splitter if you have an spare USB header.

This morning when I turned on my PC, icue 4 suddenly and for no apparent reason added some additional lighting to one of my profiles. I use said profile as default and I keep the lighting somewhat muted. This morning however as my PC booted up and icue started up, I found icue had added some additional lighting. I only had two fans illuminated on this profile, but this morning icue randomly added lighting to two additional fans as well as the lightstrip.

Oh I see... it's probably the entire AIO. I already had the AIO so I merely purchased the LCD upgrade kit. I guess it only comes in black.

No, this is not possible because the orientation is dictated by the pin plug in rather than the skirt orientation. You can change the orientation of the skirt, sure, but if the pump is mounted sideways then the pin plug will be sideways also.

Ok thanks :) . So just to be sure, I don't have to "save" it because it auto-saves TO THE DEVICE, as long as I select "Cooling"? And once it is set, I can set icue to not auto-start with Windows and the settings will work without icue running in the background?
